 Terms & Conditions

The promoter is ACTA Office Products Limited.

 Method of Entry

• The promotional period is 1st July 2022 to 31st July 2022.
• Conditions of Entry: Every $200 spent on printer consumables (on one order) with ACTA Office Products goes into the draw to win 1 of 10 Digitus Ergonomic wireless mice. 

 Prize and Prize Conditions:

1. The prize is 1 of 10 Digitus Ergonomic wireless mice, the value of each mouse is $86.25 including GST.
2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promoter shall not be liable for any change to the value or makeup of products offered as the prize.
3. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury in connection with the prize or its use by the winner.
4. Prizes which require posting will only be sent to a New Zealand address and no overseas addresses will be accepted as a delivery address.
5. The winner agrees to their image & name being used for promotional material e.g. emails, social media content etc. 

 Prize Draw:

1. One winner will be selected at random once the promotional period is over.
2. The winner will be contacted by the form of contact they have provided, e.g. email, phone number.
3. The winner has 7 days to contact ACTA Office Products and claim the prize otherwise a new winner will be selected. 
4. The promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.

 Eligibility

• The promotion is open to anyone who resides in New Zealand and has purchased $200 worth of printer consumables from ACTA Office Products Limited during July 2022.
• Entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old.
• The promoter's employees and their immediate families and the promoter's agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• As entry into the prize draw is automatic, acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
