Place your order before 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and you will receive your order within 1 –3 business days for “standard in-stock products”.
As always, there are some exceptions and conditions:
- Dangerous Goods can be delayed due to the extra paperwork that needs to be checked by the carrier. Dangerous Goods items include most aerosols (air freshener and fly spray) and hand sanitiser (due to the alcohol content).
- Sometimes we ask our suppliers to ship the items directly to you. This is usually for large, bulky items. Examples are whiteboards greater than 1200mm in length, furniture items and printers. Drop Shipping these items means they get delivered to you faster than if they had to transit through our warehouse, and reduces the number of times they are handled (and thus less chance for damage to occur).
- Deliveries to rural addresses can sometimes take an extra day and are subject to your local rural delivery driver’s schedule.
- We deliver within New Zealand only.
Occasionally the delivery timeframe for some products may be longer than stated above. We will endeavour to keep you informed if there are any delays on your order.
If the value of your order is greater than $57.50 including GST, then there is no delivery fee.
If the value of your order is less than $57.50 including GST, then we charge a delivery fee of $5.00 including GST.
Freight and handling and pallet charges may be applied to large bulky products, hazardous goods, furniture products and items ordered by ACTA especially for you. If this is the case, we will advise you at the time of order.
Tracking your order
To improve your delivery experience, courier tracking is now available on most orders (drop shipped orders are an exception). The tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been invoiced by our dispatch team.
