What if I can’t deliver my old chair to the ACTA Warehouse?
If coming to our warehouse is a bit of a trek for you, but you would still like your old office chair to go to a good home, we’ve got you sorted! Simply add: CONNECT ME to your delivery notes and we will put you in touch with a charitable organisation near you!
Do I have to deliver my chair to receive the discount?
While re-gifting your old chair is an awesome way to help the community we are 100% ok with you keeping your old chair and putting it to good use elsewhere. Don’t worry the discount still applies!
I can’t deliver my office chair to you, are you able to pick it up?
If you are based in the Waikato region we absolutely can!
Please say: CHAIR TO GIVE BACK in your delivery notes and we will be in touch with you to create a pick up plan.
What happens to my old chair once you take it?
We will regift your old office chair to a much-deserved local charitable organisation. If your chair is a little too well-loved (you know the type) we will recycle your chair for you.
